Bridge Builders Wife/Life

Well my guys will forever more be remembered for having built a landmark in Dubuque. Im so proud. They shut the highway down tonight and the crew put up the first pieces of the decorative steel. Overpass July 2019  Watching them work is so awesome, I am so proud of all of them, knowing how hard they have worked, and the grand scale of this is just awesome!! I'm proud of you Luke, Donovan, Marc, Ryan, Levi, Shane and Jordan!! And the rest of you guys too. I love when they get to the part of shutting down the road in the middle of the night to do bridge work. Its exciting. Tonight we'll be there, I'll take piucs and post them tomorrow. Here are some pics from the last overnight on the Overpass. Nightwork on overpass

This is what the camper interior looked like before we tore up the vinyl flooring. I have since changed the curtains, wall border and took down the mirror. These pictures dont show the water damage done to the floor. All of the sink covers are there. All of the factory items were in the camper, almost like it just cam from the showroom floor. There is damage to the shower and previous owner tried a fiberglass repair. Slide out works perfectly

We started on the travel trailer floor this weekend. What a mess! I'm not sure how well we worked together, it was trying, it was also hot, crowded, and not enough days off! Our niece had her fourth boy today! I live babies! We are back in Iowa this week and wish we were home. I miss having our own space.
