Hidden fees at Motel!

It never fails, they get you one way or another and it makes no sense what so ever. So we stay 20 out of 30 at Days Inn, we signed up for Wyndham points and we most of the time get them and use our points to get free rooms when we get home. It's been nice, so far we've been able to have 10 free stays this last year. So now they owe us for over 30 stays.. I had to email them receipts. The motel we are at has , in the past, put a hold on our account for over 700 that took 9 weeks to get back. They have charged us for nights we don't stay, and they give us a receipt that does not reflect our rewards points. WORD OF ADVISE- get an itemized receipt when you check out. Check to see if they have anything posted about extra incidental hold and you'll notice it says up to 5 business days to return. Just enough time for your info to get "lost" so no hopes of you getting that back. How much more do they really need? The motel business is such a joke. They charge over 100 for a shitty dirty room, a crappy breakfast for a less than 24 hour stay. What a joke! Grr
